Picks 1.2 + 2.4 + 3.11 + 3.27 + SP Tyler Skaggs LAA 19: $3.6M (Estimated Arb)

This is mainly about 1.2 for me. I get a difference making future bat no matter who goes 1.1, even if Tim ultimately gets more value up front.

confirm. i can be lazy now and not research the draft. i like skaggs a lot, but my staff still needed more quality and bauer is an upgrade. the tag gives me future options to help compensate for losing picks. hicks was up and down last year, but also plugs in perhaps my last remaining need (pen arm) which makes me it easier to good with getting out of the draft completely (i wont need the picks/specs as trade assets). cruz is a good spec and here to balance value.

good talks stros. this started in a totally different and smaller place, but for such a big deal came together rather fluidly, hopefully that means its a win-win deal.
