CI/MI/OF - David Fletcher, LAA - PP/22 via Brewers franchise tag

to the Tigers for...

SP/RP - Brent Suter, MIL - PP/21
MI Eduardo Garcia MIL
CI Joe Rizzo SEA

I like Suter in either role going forward and have a couple of Swiss army knife guys like Fletcher. Key to this deal for me was Garcia.
