As always, let me know if there are any mistakes. It didn't affect the outcome but there were a handful of illegal bids from a handful of owners again. Remember that all bids must be in increments of $100,000 and that all bids should be sent over a single email thread. Only bids included in the last message on the thread will be considered.
From Rule 6 - Free Agent Process and Bidding
"All bids must be Private Messaged (PM'ed) to "Free Agent Bids". The administrator parsing out the bids will only look at the most recent Message on a thread, i.e. if you edit your bids, resend all of them, not just the edited bit. Do not send more than one PM thread per bidding period, only the first will be honored. The submitted bid via PM is date and time sensitive and it dictates if the bid is on time or late. The time of bid submission, for the purposes of tie-breaking, pertains to the final message on a thread, not any of the previous messages. Late bids will be invalidated. No exceptions."
