Who is an eligible UFA?

- Unowned Pitchers with at least 50 IP in their career and unowned Hitters with more than 150 ABs and...
- All international free agents 24 years old and older as of July 2, 2016 and currently signed by a ML team.

There are 2 players I would like to nominate that are listed as available at Fantrax, however, I think I recall at least one of the players in a trade thread. The players are:

Are these players eligible to be nominated or has a Mgr. not added them to their team at Fantrax yet?
