Blue Jays trade:

Alex Thomas (ARZ)
Miguel Vargas (LAD)
Lucius Fox (TB)

Marlins trade:

MI: P. DeJong (STL)- 2020:$0.50 (PP21)

Accomplished my season's goal with this trade. Want a young MI with pop and a good contract. DeJong is all of that. Giving up two of my favorite prospects here. I expect Vargas to be LAD #1 spec going into 2022.

Good dealing with Marlins. We've talked trades for a couple years but have not gotten close til now. Anthony to confirm!

DeJong's production in the format is better than his perceived value, think there's still room for improvement but needed to shake up the roster a bit. Best of luck to the Jays!
