Looking to trade SP for a closer. Every pitcher not named Fernandez is in principle available if the deal is right, but I'm not looking to take on much, if any, salary.

Angels GM (Scott): I thought final playoff outcome was part of the draft order, i.e. the WS winner gets 30, runner up 29, etc.?
