Always good dealing with Mac, who is the only guy I know who can drive a semi and pull off a baseball trade at the same time.

Jays think Wright turned a corner in AAA this year and is looking like a soon-to-be backend starter with acceptable strikeout stuff. Pleased to bring on Sosa, seeing that Jays hold an ill-advised tag on DeJong. Jays also think Colome was unlucky in 2021 and should return to the backened of Twins arm barn (PETA is so dumb).

On pieces given, Royals get a chance on the Didi bounceback and a utility handcuff. I love Misner and am pretty scared I could wake up to a 25/25 Misner roaming the KC outfield and a fully busted Wright, but this trade makes a lot of sense for 2022 Jays roster construction heading into FA.

Royals confirm. Misner is the prize here for me. Outside of Veen, my OF prospect pool is weak AF. DiDi will be a nice trading piece sometime in ‘22 or sooner 😉

Misner and Veen will be fun to watch for many years. Very excited
