Okay, seriously now. I want one offseason with no turnover. Is that too much to ask?

We are definitely returning for 2020, as long as the Signing Bonus rule is not changed here as it was in Ruthian Dynasty, limiting team to $10M SB Budget, including teams that already spent all their $$ on pricey players. We are against rewarding big spenders by giving them "extra" $$.

Only right and fair that teams adhere to the old rules, instead of getting $10M extra SB funds when they run out of Cap Space. Limiting SB spending to $10M really hampers building clubs.
