Easy talks with Matt. I'll be pairing Hughes with Manny Rodriguez, so should see plenty of Northside saves and  holds. Hughes has team control beyond 2023. If he repeats, he'll make for an intriguing franchise tag. Houser goes into my pile of PP SP/RP that should help for spot starts and bulk innings.

Hughes should get a legit shot at closing or holds or both depending on how the Cubs manage their bullpen. But I'm not competing this year and I was going to have a crapshoot between Hughes and Lee and Crawford for two Franchise Tags. I like Niko and 4.25 expands my draft pick pool.
