So Fantrax doesn't determine positional eligibility? If that's the case, then where can I find the thresholds? I'd love to have A. Santander ruled CI-eligible as he was by the end of last year!

Fantrax does determine it. Currently, not sure why, but in Soriano's case, it's ignoring the settings.
