Shouldn't Kimbrel be a 4 year contract?

As it is in most of these leagues, the matching owner is not required to match the number of years of the winning bid. They only need to employ the minimum or maximum number of years utilized in the chart in the rules. As Kimbrel was $11M AAS, I am only required to use either a minimum of 3 years or a maximum of 5 years
