2015 is a lost season for the Red Sox in this league. One too many pitching injuries. I am playing for next year. Long term assets stay put unless you blow me away (feel free to try if you like).
The higher profile guys have gotten shipped out but there are plenty of pieces left to fill out your lineup and rotation. Willing to take on salary if necessary to help trades fit under a team’s cap.
A decent prospect will get you:
SP Matt Garza - 2015-2017 $12.5M, 2018 $13.0M option
OF Austin Jackson - 2015 $7.7M
SP Charlie Morton - 2015 $8M, 2016 $8M, 2017 $9.5M option
MI Everth Cabrera - 2015 $2.4M
