to the Orioles for
Max Kepler OF MIN 23: 8m 24: 10mil contract option
pick 4.9
pick 5.26

Orioles and I have been going back and forth for some time and came to this agreement. I will take a gamble in Kepler being helped by the shift, and if he doesn’t do well I can move on. This also gives me a full draft class of 5 picks which was important to me even if they are later picks. Lastly it allows me to clear roster spots for pitching FA and in season FA.
