to the Texas Rangers for:

OF Brandon Nimmo NYM 24: $8M (w/ Rangers 2024 RFA Tag)

We had conceptualized this trade before RFA had been completed so we needed to wait until this season's RFA to be completed before we could bring this trade forward. Thanks Tony for bearing with me. Rangers to agree.
