Yankees DFAing Gonzalez off the 40 Man, and the other acquisitions makes him superfluous and not worth the $0.5M cap hit. Still believe that bat could be useful somewhere, but without a 40 man spot, I wanted to be free of the fiscal obligation. Good luck Dave. I hope he hits for you.
