We recently acquired Phil Hughes in trade and would move him for low round draft pick or a prospect.

Hughes underwent successful surgery to relieve thoracic outlet syndrome last July, as reported by MLB.com, and figures to be at least a decent 3/4 SP in 2017. We move him basically because he doesn't fit our competitive time-line.

Phil Hughes SP/MIN 2017: $13.2M; 2018: $13.2M; 2019: $13.2M
