Same for Peralta and Pazos. They haven't reached 50IP. As much as I would love these guys to be available, they are not.

I wholeheartedly agree Rick. I already voiced my complaint with the commish when I joined the league this spring, as this is the only league I am in that doesn't allow those types to be available via SB. It is annoying to watch talented players languish on the waiver wire rather than being on someone's roster.
